1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Pristine Motorworks Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “our”), the client (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
   
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
   

3. Vehicle Condition

• Customer must disclose any known mechanical issues, leaks, or damage prior to service.
   
• Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazardous material, or unusual conditions may incur additional charges or require additional time.
   
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to paint, upholstery, or other components.
   

4. Personal Items

• Please remove all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment.
   
• Pristine Motorworks Detailing is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
   

5. Payment & Deposits

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We may require a deposit for large jobs or ceramic coating applications.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
   

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
   
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
   

7. Liability & Warranty

• We exercise the highest care while servicing vehicles, but we are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that occur during or after detailing.
   
• Results may vary depending on vehicle age, condition, and prior maintenance.
   
• Any claims of dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of service for review.
   

8. Add-On Services

• Any additional services requested outside the original booking may incur extra charges.
   
• All add-ons will be confirmed before being performed.
   

9. Photos & Marketing

• We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for quality control and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your vehicle photographed, please notify us in writing before your appointment.
   

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
